De Anna Guerreiro has been in the financial sector for over 20 years and has been involved in commercial and trade financing, she has been an educator and innovator within the marketplace for over a decade, speaking at industry symposiums and conferences on preferred financing for Hotel and Development forums for a renowned groups for top builders, developers, and investors.
In 2004 De Anna decided to take another risk and started her own company, Vinecrest Mortgage which merged into Vinecrest Investments LLC, with the vision to be a full service mortgage company. When the markets began to change she was introduced to the mining industry through a client who wanted to purchase a shell mine. Through this specific event opened new doors to trade finance, credit facilities, mining, and oil and gas opportunities. Her diverse background gives her the edge a client needs to maneuver in the markets easily. The relationships with her trade bankers are priceless and respected. She is skillful in the deliberation of the client’s needs and with enthusiasm is able to provide influence with committees.

Jeff Bresee is a graduate of engineering and design with a continued education emphasis in business structuring, finance and management. As an designer, Jeff has worked on a vast variety of development projects for both private and public clients. For many of these projects has been instrumental team member from the early stages of funding and planning, to the final stages of construction.

Rodrigo Ryder PhD in Public International Relations started more than 20 years ago working in Geneva
banking sector in Banco Espirito Santo - BES and Portuguese Public Bank, Caixa Geral de Depósitos -
CGD. In 2009 decided to return to his home country to help international and public governmental entities,
giving commercial support between countries as special adviser for several governments like Brazil,
Portugal, and Spain to the Gulf Countries and Egypt, acting as President of the Chamber of Commerce &
Industry Portugal & Saudi Arabia - CCILS.
After 2015 he founded the Portuguese Business Council, Portugal and Middle East Countries - BCPGCC,
acting as President until 2018.

Dr. John Kozup is winner of the AMA Thomas C. Kinnear Journal of Public Policy & Marketing Research Award. Dr. Kozup also serves as Visiting Professor of Marketing at Duquesne University (Pittsburgh) and George Washington University (Washington DC). Dr. Kozup served as Founding Director of the Villanova University Center for Marketing and Public Policy Research from 2004 through 2014 and currently serves as Director of the Institute for Business, Government & Culture (Rome/Malta). Since 2010, Dr. Kozup has served as the Associate Editor for the International Journal of Advertising. Dr. Kozup has been a Managing Partner with Trilateral Advisory Group, a strategic financial advisor and business development consultant in London and Washington, DC. Since 1987, Trilateral, comprised of 60 former ambassadors, business executives and academics, has focused on business development within the African region. He has had a strategic partnership with New York Elements, a commodity firm with operations in the U.S., UK, South Africa and Pathway Caribbean.
In addition, he serves as Director of the Investar Group (Malta) a merchant banking and insurance group with over $120 million assets under management. From 2012-2018, Dr. Kozup served as Director of Equinox AIFM S.A.: a Luxembourg based company founded in 2001, which operates a 300 million Euro private equity fund. He serves as partner in both Oxygen Ventures, a Venture Accelerator located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Bridge Technology Capital, a Cross Border Venture firm focused on Silicon Valley and Dubai.

Harjive Oberoi is an Executive with over 25 years of leadership in the financial markets industry. Experienced and proven capital markets, derivatives and structured finance skill sets and the ability to provide solutions for both buy and sell side clients across the US, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Led and started various revenue desks for multi national banks in NYC, Singapore, HK, and Dubai. Member of the Corporate & Investment Banking ExCo and various product committees across large Multi-National Banks in the US, Singapore, HK & Dubai. and have developed various investment and strategically driven solutions for SWF’s, PE, Insurance & Pension Funds, Family Offices and Finance Companies. The underlying being in Healthcare, Education, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, SME’s, F&B. Development of business strategies and its execution in order to hit the revenue targets. Proven skills and a track record across the various regions on relationship coverage, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Derivative’s and hedging solutions (both on risk, credit and FX) and effective credit risk management. Extensive leadership in starting business' from scratch and building teams and managing risk in an effective manner and generating high alpha. Responsible for originating, structuring and seeking approvals from the risk committee for executing the transactions and monitoring the asset book and supervising a successful exit. Significant Experience in structuring and underwriting complex structures in both regular and distressed set class. Strong knowledge of the support functions and its importance in integrating into a sound business plan to provide effective solution for both the internal stake holders and external clients.
